SHIPPING

With the relaunch of our website we have reconfigured our shipping options. Currently, we ship exclusively within the continental United States. If you are interested in shipping elsewhere, please email us with the specifics and we will see what we can do! HappyCamperStudio@gmail.com

Shipping rates can be found during the checkout process and are based on the destination zip code, with product being shipped from Tucson, AZ. ┬áIn the rare instance the auto-configured price isn’t accurate, we will contact you via email/phone to resolve the shipping difference.

ORDER PROCESSING

All Happy Camper Studio items are handcrafted, and most are made after an order is placed. Once order is received, items move into production, with most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, depending on the number of items in our Studio’s queue. Items may often be expedited with a “RUSH” service. (Please contact us for details if you are in need of this service.) Once your item ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If any items are on back-order or experiencing delay, you will be notified right away.

If you have any questions regarding our products, please contact us before ordering. PLEASE CHECK SIZE INFORMATION FOR YOUR LISTING CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING. Many of our items are hand-dyed, which will result in variation of color and color distribution. These variations add to the personality of each and every unique item we create and should not be viewed as flaws. If you are ordering numerous items and would like the colors to match as closely as possible, please include a note with your order and we will make an effort to dye the items in the same dye-bath for the the most consistent color possible.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

In the event your are not happy with your items, please contact us ASAP so we can try to make it right. Returns are accepted of unworn items in original condition and in original packaging, at our discretion, within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning items to us. Depending on the reason for return, customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. In rare cases, a restocking fee may be charged.
